I’ve ordered an artwork, now what?

If, for some reason, the artwork is unavailable, the order is cancelled and you will not be charged. You will receive an email from RIOT ART either confirming or cancelling your order.
How are shipping charges calculated?
Our shipping rates are calculated by the shipping addresses of both the collector and the artist, as well as the measurements and weight of the artwork. Within the EU, these charges range from €10 - €100. For large-scale works, international shipping or expedited shipping, please contact us before placing your order at: email@example.com
What about taxes and import duties?
All prices are inclusive of a FR VAT rate of 20%. The final adjustment to VAT will occur during the check out process. If you are having your purchase exported from the EU you will not be charged any VAT/Sales Tax. Depending on which country the seller is shipping from, you as the collector may be liable for customs / import charges by your local authority. Neither we nor the artists have any control over these charges and we cannot predict their amount. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes that are not included.
If you order an artwork that is located in the European Economic Area (European Union countries plus Iceland, Norway and Liechtenstein) and if you are a resident of this area then you will not be asked to pay any import taxes.
